Frequently Asked
Questions

Membership

Do you offer free trial sessions?

Yes, you can book your free trial session by visiting our Locations page and selecting your nearest Future Football Elite academy. After your child’s first session, you’ll receive a personalised player assessment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your free taster, please contact us at [email protected]

All abilities are welcome—whether your child is just starting out or has years of experience, every player is encouraged to join and develop with us.

Future Football Elite does not run its own teams. Our focus is on developing each player’s skills so they can take what they’ve learned back into their own teams. However, if you’re looking to join a team, we’re happy to support you by connecting you with local clubs through our network.

All changes to memberships can be managed within your FFE Hub

Sessions

What is the minimum age to join Future Football Elite?

Our academy offers football coaching for children and young players aged 7 to 14.

Yes, our programme runs in line with the local school term dates.

Group sizes vary by location, but we aim to keep them as small as possible to ensure each player receives the highest quality coaching.

All your child needs is a water bottle, football boots (no metal studs), and suitable football clothing. Don’t forget to dress appropriately for the weather!

One-to-one training is available at select academies, though we believe small group sessions offer greater benefits. This format combines personal guidance with realistic opposition, accelerating development while helping players build social connections and lasting friendships.

Facilities

Are parking and toilet facilities available at the centres?

Most of our centres offer free parking and have toilet facilities on-site. Full details for each location can be found on our centre location pages.

All our centres feature floodlit, all-weather 4G or 5G pitches. Full details of each facility can be found on the centre location pages.

Safeguarding

Are Future Football Elite coaches required to have DBS checks?

All our coaches undergo a thorough vetting process, including an enhanced DBS check and certification in Safeguarding Children in Football.

Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch the session. For safety, children will only be allowed to leave the pitch once a parent or guardian is present to collect them.

We aim to run our sessions in all weather conditions. However, if a session needs to be postponed due to severe weather, it will be rescheduled for a later date.
