Future Football Elite is one of the UK’s leading private football academies, delivering high-quality coaching through a nationwide network of centres. When you enrol in our coaching programme, you are subscribing for your child to train with Future Football Elite.

All content and design on this website are protected by copyright owned by Future Football Elite or licensed from third parties. Reproduction is prohibited unless in accordance with our Full Copyright Notice, which forms part of these terms. Information may be updated without notice.

Future Football Elite accepts no responsibility for any browsing issues, download errors, or inaccuracies found on this website. Fees and Payments

One-Time Fees
A one-off fee applies for your first taster session and player profile activation. Fees may vary by location.

Subscription Fees
Our standard monthly training subscription varies by region and is disclosed upon academy invitation. All fees include VAT. Subscription payments are processed via Stripe and cover 48 weeks of coaching annually (excluding bank holidays and a two-week winter break). Failed payments must be resolved to maintain your child’s place.

All booked sessions must be paid for, regardless of attendance. Fees are non-refundable for absences or unforeseen events (e.g. weather or force majeure). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant third-party provider. Please refer to their terms and privacy policy.

Our Commitment to Every Player

Your monthly subscription includes a weekly one-hour session delivered by our expert, safeguarding-trained coaches. Our player-centred model ensures each child progresses at a pace that suits their development.

Code of Conduct

All players and guardians must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which is updated periodically. Parents/guardians must remain on-site during sessions and follow health and safety instructions provided by coaches or venues.

Players are encouraged to wear the official Future Football Elite training kit, available via our website.

Medical Conditions & Special Requirements

Please notify us of any medical conditions or requirements at booking and during sessions. Coaches may change, so it’s important to re-inform new coaches of any health issues. You confirm your child is fit to participate and accept that we are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions. In emergencies, our trained coaches may administer first aid or refer your child for further medical care if necessary.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice via your online profile. A final payment will be calculated and required during the cancellation process. Your child may continue to attend sessions during the notice period. Rejoining after cancellation is subject to availability and may incur an admin fee.

We may cancel sessions or suspend your subscription if coaching cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Future Football Elite and its staff accept no liability for any indirect costs or losses incurred through participation in our services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or injury caused by our negligence.

Data and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. For details on how we handle personal data, please view our [Privacy Policy]. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography and videography from training sessions being used in promotional materials. You can opt out by informing us at your session.

Refer a Friend – Free Training Shirt Offer

Referrals must be made using a unique code during a new member’s trial booking. Both parties must have active subscriptions and meet eligibility criteria to qualify. The offer cannot be combined with others or claimed retrospectively. The promotional period begins 5th November 2024.

Final Terms

A player’s place at Future Football Elite is conditional upon adherence to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update them at any time, with updates published on our website and sent directly to you.
