At Future Football Elite, we encourage players, parents, and carers to engage with our online presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). To maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, we ask all members of our community to follow these Social Media Guidelines, which align with The FA’s policies.
Be Aware
As members of Future Football Elite, you are responsible for any comments or content you post online. This includes public posts, replies, messages, and content shared through or about the academy, its staff, or other participants. All users must comply with The FA’s Rules and Regulations concerning digital communication involving:
- FA registered officials
- Academy coaches or staff
- Other players or members
It is strictly prohibited to post content that is or could be perceived as offensive, abusive, threatening, insulting, racist, discriminatory, or harmful. Such content may lead to disciplinary action under FA policies and could also have legal consequences, including civil or criminal proceedings for defamation, harassment, or hate speech.
Please remember that anything you post online reflects not only on yourself but on the academy as a whole.
Social Media Guidance
All parents, guardians, and carers are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with resources provided by the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) centre. CEOP offers guidance on online safety for both children and adults, and is a trusted source for the latest information about safe digital communication.
If you have any concerns about your child’s online safety or the behaviour of others online, please contact our Club Welfare Officer immediately for support and guidance.
