Academy Director
At the heart of Future Football Elite is Dan Goffin, our Academy Director, who brings a wealth of experience from his work with Norwich City FC, Cambridge United FC, and Juventus FC. With a background in elite player development and a passion for structured, high-performance coaching, Dan has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Football Accelerator System (FAS).
His work is driven by the belief that players outside the traditional academy system deserve access to the same level of technical training, coaching standards, and performance structure. Dan has helped refine FAS into a programme that focuses on deliberate, high-repetition training across the Six Pillars of Elite Football Mastery ensuring players develop the composure, sharpness, and confidence needed to perform under pressure.
