We’re on a mission to redefine technical development in youth football—and we’re looking for a passionate, ambitious Head Coach to lead and deliver our Foundation Phase Girls Programme (U7–U12) right here in Norfolk.

As part of the Football Accelerator System, you’ll play a key role in transforming young, aspiring female footballers into technically excellent, confident players through structured, high-intensity training rooted in our Six Pillars of Elite Football Mastery:
Passing, Receiving, Turning, Dribbling, Finishing, 1v1 Situations.

 

The Role

  • Lead weekly FAS training sessions for girls aged U7–U12.
  • Deliver structured coaching in line with our proven phase-based model:
    • Discovery (U7–U8): Building coordination and ball familiarity
    • Foundation (U9–U10): Refining technique and movement efficiency
    • Performance (U11–U12): Enhancing precision, speed, and decision-making under pressure
  • Use data-driven methods to track player progress and deliver inpidualised feedback via the FFE Hub.
  • Create a high-energy, supportive, and professional environment that empowers every girl to thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • UEFA C Licence (or working towards it) minimum
  • Experience coaching girls in youth football (preferably U7–U12)
  • A positive, professional mindset and a commitment to high standards
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young players
  • A clear DBS check and valid safeguarding & emergency first aid certification
  • A full UK driving licence
