Elevate Their Game.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"626\">We\u2019re on a mission to redefine technical development in youth football\u2014and we\u2019re looking for a passionate, ambitious\u00a0<strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"533\">Head Coach<\/strong>\u00a0to lead and deliver our\u00a0<strong data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"603\">Foundation Phase Girls Programme (U7\u2013U12)<\/strong>\u00a0right here in Norfolk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"969\">As part of the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"674\">Football Accelerator System<\/strong>, you\u2019ll play a key role in transforming young, aspiring female footballers into technically excellent, confident players through structured, high-intensity training rooted in our\u00a0<strong data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"895\">Six Pillars of Elite Football Mastery<\/strong>:<br data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"899\" \/><strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"969\">Passing, Receiving, Turning, Dribbling, Finishing, 1v1 Situations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1678\">&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<h3 data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1678\"><strong data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1678\">The Role<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead weekly FAS training sessions for girls aged U7\u2013U12.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1124\">Deliver structured coaching in line with our proven phase-based model:\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1196\"><strong data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1151\">Discovery (U7\u2013U8):<\/strong>\u00a0Building coordination and ball familiarity<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1270\"><strong data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1225\">Foundation (U9\u2013U10):<\/strong>\u00a0Refining technique and movement efficiency<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1364\"><strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1301\">Performance (U11\u2013U12):<\/strong>\u00a0Enhancing precision, speed, and decision-making under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1468\">Use data-driven methods to track player progress and deliver inpidualised feedback via the FFE Hub.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1569\">Create a high-energy, supportive, and professional environment that empowers every girl to thrive.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1641\">Uphold the FFE brand values:\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1641\"><strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1641\">Work Hard.
